You will be asked to expressly agree to these terms
and conditions before ordering a hosting plan from
this Site. Please read them carefully. If you do not
agree to them, do not place an order. In order
to indicate your acceptance of these terms and
conditions, you must check the box to accept the
terms and conditions.
(1) This Agreement
The advertising of our service on the Site
constitutes an “invitation”; and your Order for a
hosting plan constitutes a contractual offer. No
contract comes into force between you and us unless
and until we accept your Order.
(2) New Customers
Filling out the order
form gives us the information we need to register
your requested domain. We 'WebCracker' act as an
agent on your behalf and once purchased the domain
is and remains your property. We will endeavour to
supply the requested domain, however if the web
address is already registered then we will offer
alternative names available.
(3) Existing Customers
As an existing
customer we can upgrade your hosting account
enabling you to control more than one domain name at
a discounted price. We suggest that you discontinue
your purchase and

with details of what is required.

(5) The Service
We will provide a web address with corresponding
email address and access to both webmail and a pop3
account, and a control panel to manage your
purchase. Once the transaction has been successfully
completed, using information supplied by you, the
purchaser, we will design one web page with written
content, images and contact details. This service
will last for the period of one year, where a
renewal fee will then be due.
(6) Price and payment
The price you pay is £45. Our preferred
payment method is PayPal. You can either use an
existing PayPal account for your purchase or you
will be given the opportunity to use a credit/debit
card. If you do not wish to use the online purchase
facility we can accept direct bank transfers from a
UK bank account or we will accept UK cheques or
postal orders. In that instance we suggest that you
discontinue your purchase and
contact us
with details of what is required.
(7) Consumer rights
If we have been unable to supply you with a suitable
domain name you may cancel this agreement at any
time within 7 days of placing your order and receive
a full refund. You also have 7 days to
change your mind however If a domain name has been
purchased on your behalf, then a £10 admin fee will
be deducted and you will receive a £35 refund. After
7 working days the service will be deemed to be
supplied and acceptable and no refund is due.
(8) Cancellation of service
We require one
months prior notice for cancellation of the service.
This is to ensure that we do not incur unnecessary
costs on your behalf. If no notice is given and
payment is stopped the service will be discontinued
along with the associated features of web address and
email however we reserve the right to charge an
admin fee of £20.
